Polyamide 6 (Artelon / Nylon 6)
Our range of Polyamide 6 (Artelon), also known as Nylon 6, is a high-performance engineering material that combines excellent mechanical strength with strong chemical resistance. It offers very good wear resistance, dimensional stability and impact performance, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Polyamide 6 can withstand operating temperatures of up to 130°C and is available in both sheets and rods to support a wide variety of machining and fabrication requirements.

PTFE (Teflon)
PTFE (Teflon) is a highly versatile material known for its exceptional thermal resistance, chemical inertness and low friction properties. It can operate continuously at temperatures reaching up to 300°C while maintaining stability in aggressive chemical environments. This makes PTFE ideal for applications requiring non-stick, anti-corrosive, and insulating characteristics. It is available in sheets, rods, and hollow bars, with graphite-filled options offered for enhanced wear resistance and improved performance in dynamic applications.

Phenolic Cotton
Phenolic cotton is a robust composite material widely used for its excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance. It performs reliably in electrically demanding and mechanically loaded environments, making it suitable for applications such as electrical boards, motor blades, brake pads, and gears. To accommodate different industrial needs, phenolic cotton is supplied in both sheets and rods, allowing for precise machining and long-term durability in critical components.
